The extras on these discs are great. This first one includes several episodes of Lucy’s radio show based on the episodes included on the disc, some commentary originally included with the Laserdisc release, photos from on set, and even some color home videos taken by people on set that give a more color accurate look than the episodes that have been transferred to color in the past. Sound is still mono due to how filmed, but their decision to film on 35mm allows for a high quality image.
