*This listing is for the standard edition version and does NOT come with a limited edition slipcase!* One of notorious Eurosleaze auteur Jess Franco and producer Erwin C. Dietrich's most shocking films,1976's BARBED WIRE DOLLS is the ultimate unholy “Women-in-Prison” exploitation opus. In it, Franco favorite and lifelong muse Lina Romay (Doriana Gray, Rolls Royce Baby) stars as the wide-eyed Maria, an unfortunate young woman who kills her father (played by Franco in a delirious flashback sequence) in self defense after he attempts to rape her. She is tried, sentenced and shipped off to what is perhaps the grisliest, greasiest and most depraved women’s penitentiary in screen history where, at the hands, fingers and fists of psychotic lesbian warden Monica Swinn (The Duke of Burgundy, Female Vampire), she and her fellow inmates are subjected to an endless onslaught of perverse psychological and sexual abuse. Filled to the gills with sex, Sapphic erotica, copious amounts of female nudity and offensively staged scenes of genital humiliation, this sleazy Franco masterpiece will rattle your cage in the sweetest way... Bonus Features: 1. Commentary by Delirium Magazine Columnist Dennis Daniel 2. Trailer Reel 3. Interview: Director Peter Strickland on the Films of Jess Franco 4. Sisters in the Slammer: The Women in Prison Films of Jess Franco 5. Interview: Jess Franco, Lina Romay, and Erwin C. Description

Taking its cues from H.G. Wells' THE ISLAND OF DR. MOREAU and H.P. Lovecraft's THE SHADOW OVER INNSMOUTH, director Sergio (TORSO, ALL THE COLORS OF THE DARK) Martino's delirious and bizarre ISLAND OF THE FISHMEN is an Italian genre film like no other! After surviving two harrowing nautical disasters, Lieutenant Claude de Ross washes up on a remote, uncharted tropical island along with a gaggle of similarly stranded escaped convicts. Soon, the cursed castaways are attacked by amphibious monsters, the work of Professor Ernest Marvin, a disgraced American biologist who has tampered with genetics to create an army of "fishmen." Professor Marvin controls the creatures and has been using them to plunder a submerged city of gold that he believes to be the lost city of Atlantis. But the natives are restless and the fishmen are slowly, surely beginning to hatch their own plans. Starring legendary actors Joseph Cotten (CITIZEN KANE, LADY FRANKENSTEIN), Richard Johnson (ZOMBIE, THE HAUNTING) and comely "Bond girl" Barbara Bach (THE SPY WHO LOVED ME), ISLAND OF THE FISHMEN was originally released twice to American theaters in the early '80s via Roger Corman's New World pictures in a radically altered version called SCREAMERS (aka SOMETHING WAITS IN THE DARK). DELIRIUM HOME VIDEO is thrilled to be presenting Martino's magnum opus as it was originally meant to be seen. Bonus Features: 1. Commentary by Writer and Film Historian Rob Kelly 2. New Interview with Director Sergio Martino and Art Director Antonello Geleng 3. Trailer

*This listing is for the standard edition version and does NOT come with a limited edition slipcase!* BEWARE THE KISS OF THE DEVIL! Maverick exploitation film director Jess Franco and Swiss producer Erwin C. Dietrich's notorious "nunsploitation" classic LOVE LETTERS OF A PORTUGUESE NUN comes to Blu-ray for the very first time in North America, totally uncut and remastered in HD from the original camera negative! 16-year-old Maria (the lovely Susan Hemingway) is taken by force into the dreaded Serra D'Aires convent, a sect secretly run by diabolical Satanists. Her confessor is in collusion with the Mother Superior (Ana Zanatti) and the not so pious pair almost immediately subject Maria to unspeakable tortures, forcing her into sex with men, women, and even the Devil himself. Gaslit into believing this supernatural debauchery is all a dream, she writes a letter to God begging for salvation, but the powers that be have other hideous plans in store for her... Shocking, salacious, and also stunningly shot and expertly performed by an international cast, LOVE LETTERS OF A PORTUGUESE NUN is among the best blasphemous European horror films of the 1970s and a high mark in Franco and Dietrich's respective oeuvres. Bonus Features: 1. Commentary by author and film historian Troy Howarth 2. Memoirs of a Portuguese Nun 3. Erwin C. Dietrich Trailers 4. Jess Franco and Lina Romay in Munich 5. Trailer 6. Photo gallery
