I already had the Blu-ray, but wanted to check out the 4K transfer before deciding if it was worth upgrading.
This is definitely a noticeable step up. The picture is much sharper, colors and black levels look better, and it still keeps a really nice natural film look. Probably the best I’ve ever seen Rocky IV look.
The audio is solid too, especially during the fights and all the music throughout the movie. Nothing crazy like a modern Atmos mix, but it has plenty of punch.
