A big departure from the classic, cheesy (and cheesily wonderful) Arnold version from the 80's. I really enjoyed the new take on the story and thought Powell, Cera and Brolin were really good.
A really well produced 4K version, nice picture, good sound, and an all around solid movie.
Had low expectations coming in but left pleasantly surprised. A really fun ride from start to finish! Glen Powell is great in the lead and brings a ton of energy and personality to the movie. Edgar Wright was the perfect director for this—fast, stylish, funny, and just the right amount of crazy. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it sure knows how to floor it.
