A really interesting true story. Performances pretty good (except Fraser who was a little unbelievable as Eisenhower) . Picture and sound quality very solid but mostly people talking in offices so not a big technical feat.
If you are both a WWII and Weather Nerd - this is the movie for you.
And it lives up to its name, lemme tell ya. But that's the whole point. Egos, attitudes, and chain of command all collide in this movie, with fantastic performances throughout.
Great one when you need a more exciting drama, and an opportunity to explore an aspect of D Day you might never have considered before.
A surprisingly fetching film about meteorology which shouldn't be very fetching.
Kudos to Maras for making something incredibly nerdy have the feeling of weight and peril for the uneducated viewer as it must have had for the scientists and generals in the heat of the moment.
