0 stars and 5 stars simultaneously.
0 stars because it's poorly written, acted and executed in nearly every way.
5 stars because it hits a sweet spot of late 90's/early 2000's vibes that would have been great to pick up at Blockbuster along with some Taco Bell. It also has things like Ice Cube playing a character named "Desolation Williams" and Jason Statham as "Sgt Jericho Butler". Don't know how I missed it back then.
