A terrifying new addition to the Dracula legend, based on a single chilling chapter from Bram Stoker's classic novel, The Last Voyage of the Demeter chronicles the doomed journey of a merchant ship ferrying 50 mysterious wooden crates from Carpathia to London. As they set sail, the crew soon discover they are not alone on board: at night they are stalked by a hidden passenger whose monstrous thirst for blood turns the trip into a harrowing nightmare of tension, terror and unfathomable evil. | Bonus Content: | Includes Blu-ray, DVD and a digital copy of The Last Voyage of the Demeter (Subject to expiration. It's a five star cast, excellent production quality, and an interesting premise. Somehow, though, the story doesn't really connect. For me, at least, when the monster victims are all hopelessly doomed, and they never really fight well or even know what they're fighting, it's kind of boring. There's no tension if there's absolutely no way the victims can even fight back. On top of that, the victims all act very dumb. The final "battle" had all kinds of bad logic loopholes.
Great picture quality...
