Resident Evil: Apocalypse is a pretty basic zombie-action sequel, but the chaos and nonstop fights make it an easy watch if you’re in the mood for some silly fun. The 4K picture looks sharp and film-like, with the dark blue-gray look of the movie coming through nicely. The Dolby Atmos sound is huge, with gunfire and crashes coming at you from all around. The disc has both the theatrical and extended cuts.
