I'm a big Guy Ritchie fan, so this was an easy pick, and it's a pretty typical one for him. A lot of the movie is spent setting things up so you can watch how they pull it off, and that's the fun of it. The action is good and the acting is solid all around. The plot and story were just ok and could have used some work, but it was still an enjoyable rental. Picture and sound were both good for a ...

I already had the Blu-ray, but wanted to check out the 4K transfer before deciding if it was worth upgrading. This is definitely a noticeable step up. The picture is much sharper, colors and black levels look better, and it still keeps a really nice natural film look. Probably the best I’ve ever seen Rocky IV look. The audio is solid too, especially during the fights and all the music throughout...

I actually purchased this one, but ARROW crushed this one. The original bluray was horrible, you wont be sorry in the quality. I really think this was an under rated movie. My wife and I really enjoyed revisiting this one.

This one was about what I expected. R.I.P.D. is basically a Men in Black-style supernatural action movie with Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges. It has a fun idea and a few entertaining moments, but overall it’s pretty forgettable and never really becomes as good as the concept should have been. The 4K transfer is actually pretty solid though. Nice detail, better color and HDR, and definitely an upg...

I hadn’t watched Rocky in years, and I’m really glad I went back to it. It’s easy to forget just how good this movie is beyond the boxing. The backstory makes it even better. Sylvester Stallone wrote the script and famously refused to sell it unless he could play Rocky himself. That gamble obviously worked out pretty well. This is probably the best I’ve seen the movie look. It’s not the greatest...

Shout can be hit or miss for me, but this one is definitely a hit. Wrath of Man is one of my favorite Jason Statham movies and probably one of my favorite Guy Ritchie movies too. The 4K transfer looks really good and the audio is strong, especially during the action scenes. The darker look of the movie comes across really well without losing too much detail. Statham and Ritchie just work togethe...

I love Arrow’s work! I’m not a fan of some of their B-horror films — they’re just not really my thing — but when this came out, I was excited. This movie has always looked pretty rough — dark, grainy, and just not a great-looking film — but Arrow knocked it out of the park with what they had to work with. It still looks like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, just the best I’ve ever seen it look. The...
